TECHNOLOGY.
PEOPLE.
CHANGE.
I help people and organisations turn complex technology into practical capability.
My background spans commercial technology, 13 years in education and leadership, organisation-wide digital adoption, AI governance, staff development and hands-on technical delivery. The common thread is simple: I make technology understandable, usable and worth adopting.

I bridge the gap between technology and the people expected to use it.
Technical depth without technical fog.
I can work with technical teams, then turn complexity into language, learning and actions that make sense to non-technical users.
I build capability, not dependency.
My education and L&D background means I focus on confidence, behaviour and sustained adoption — not just rollout.
I move from strategy into execution.
My experience spans governance, procurement, training, project delivery, content production and live customer-facing work.
Evidence that the approach works.
Programme growth
Computer Science uptake increased from 7 to 15 following curriculum redesign, stronger progression and engagement.
Digital adoption
Led practical staff adoption of Microsoft 365, Teams, OneNote, Copilot and ChatGPT alongside governance and responsible-use guidance.
Recent NEA success
Three current Year 12 OCR A-Level Computer Science NEA analysis sections were assessed at 10/10 — evidence of rigorous coaching, structured feedback and high technical standards.
Perfect 70/70 A-Level Computer Science NEA
I have also previously supported an OCR A-Level Computer Science NEA project that achieved full marks, including complex programming, iterative prototyping, testing and evaluation.
Coaching technical work to a very high standard.
The value is not the mark alone. It demonstrates my ability to guide complex software-development work, challenge thinking, structure improvement and keep quality high without taking ownership away from the learner.
