Career Journey

A CAREER BUILT
AROUND CHANGE.

Commercial technology gave me technical foundations. Thirteen years in education taught me how people learn and adopt change. Digital leadership brought those skills together at organisational scale.

Education is central to the story.

It is where I learned to translate complexity, coach performance, lead people, use data and build confidence around technology.

That is why the move into transformation makes sense.

I am not starting again. I am applying the same strengths to a broader organisational challenge.
